Tom Sellers, one of the UK’s best chefs, is planning to launch his own restaurant in London next year. He ran a two night pop-up event, Foreword, as a forerunner to The Story. He’s also worked with Rene Redzepi at Noma, Tom Aikens, Adam Byatt and Thomas Keller.
